About Homestyle Direct

When was the last time that you sat at the dinner table with your family?
I don’t mean a hustled meal with people coming and going, without the blare from the T.V. and used the “good dishes”?
When we started Homestyle Direct this was one of our main passions and still is. Homestyle Direct wants to take the main burden off the evening meal by providing fast delicious already prepared home cooked meals for many busy families. Homestyle Direct wants to bringing back the long lost tradition of enjoying time together around the dinner table, not just rushing through to get to the next event, game or T.V. shows, but truly allowing time to linger at the table developing deeper relationships with your family members.
With only the twins, Emma & Spencer, now almost 13, home it is still so important to us to share our evening meals together. Spencer is the family events coordinator, calling and asking his siblings to come over for dinner, sometimes I don’t find out who is all coming until I get home from work myself so having quick healthy home cooked meal options ready is still just as important to me. Sunday is the one day that is almost mandatory; most of the time there is eleven of us. Megan, Jesse, the two grandbabies, Ella & Caden, Chelsea, Cody, Libby, Emma, Spencer, Robert and Myself. This is a great time for us to get caught up, and share any issues. We laugh, cry, love and sometimes shout but we always are able to work through it all. I believe it is because of our passion to keep the meal time ….
So our hopes for all you busy families out there, no matter the ages of your kids, to try at least once a week to truly sit down and enjoy “developing” your family relationships. Homestyle Direct can provide the delicious home cooked meals for you, you just make it happen.
We also know many of you are alone and it is difficult and sometimes painful to sit at an empty table by yourself. Our hope and prayers for you is that you will feel “our family” presence with you at your meal time as you eat one of our delicious home cooked meals, we truly prepare and deliver from our hearts to your home!
By the way next time get out the “good dishes”!

The concept of Homestyle Direct started several years ago when both of us worked full time and were busy raising three children; Megan, Chelsea and Cody. We started cooking a months worth of meals at a time for our family, with all of us participating. We were amazed to discover the amount of money we saved on our monthly food budget and the extra time it gave us to spend with our family. The evening meal is always an important time for our family to catch up on each other’s lives, bringing all of us together. We wanted that for other families as well.
Homestyle Direct is truly a family business with all members of our family contributing. The older children have helped us cook, do the ordering, make deliveries, and of course lots of dishes and baby-sitting when needed. Megan is now a stay at home mother and loving it. Her husband, Jesse, is our Marketing Director. Chelsea is currently utilizing all of her experiences in running Homestyle Direct to follow her dream of opening up her own restaraunt one day. Cody has returned from college. He is now our COO, and is bringing new and improved ideas to Homestyle Direct. The twins are the comic relief we all need after a long and hectic day. Spencer thinks he has had enough school and is ready to quit and come to work full time at Homestyle Direct. We look forward to the positions they will fill.We are proud to say, that God has truly blessed this business. We have delivered thousands of meals to hundreds of families and individuals all over the country!
