How do I cook my meals?

We highly recommend that you do not try to cook the meals from a frozen state. Please remember that each one of the entrees is already cooked completely, you only need to heat them to the desired temperature to eat them. We recommend that each meal be thawed completely before reheating.

To thaw :

  1. Take the entrée of your choice from the freezer.
  2. Place in the refrigerator at least 24 hours in advance of cooking.
  3. Meals may take up to 24 hours to thaw under refrigeration, discard any meals if left in the refrigerator for more than 72 hours. Do not re-heat the meal more than one time.

To cook in the microwave:

  1. Make sure the meal is completely thawed.
  2. Place the completely thawed meal in you microwave.
  3. Heat at the lowest or defrost setting on your microwave for one minute intervals until heated through.
  4. Please remember ALL entrees are cooked completely, you are just heating enough to eat. Over cooking will make the meals tough and dry them out. Most microwaves cook differently, it may take some trail to find out the best way to cook each entrée in YOUR home.
  5. Arrange on a plate and enjoy!

For oven cooking:
