We have many new entrées that we will start cooking in March.   I would like to share with you my favorite…the Mixed Berry Belgian Waffle.  This breakfast contains a Belgian waffle topped with strawberries, blueberries, cherries and whipped cream alongside scrambled eggs.   I like to enjoy this "breakfast" for "dinner".

Our new menu is approaching very soon with new exciting entrees!  One of my all-time favorites on this new menu is the Mango Stuffed Chicken. This entree is a slice of chicken stuffed with mango and cranberries served with the rice blend. This meal has just the right amount of mango flavor without being too sweet. It also comes with broccoli which is one of my favorite vegetables.  If you want to try something new, be sure to try this delicious chicken entrée.
