Alaskan Pollock Potato Gratin Casserole – Wild Alaskan Pollock is a lean snow-white fleshed fish with a delicate texture and a mild taste; these thick cuts are baked with a mixture of mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, diced onion and sour cream topped with shredded cheddar cheese, creating an amazing and unique casserole combination. We have added to this hearty casserole our Midori vegetable blend and a thick slice of our new buttery garlic toast. Please remove all packets, wrappers, condiments and bread products before heating.
