02 Chicken Cordon Bleu
This hard to beat classic dish, is a sectioned and formed chicken breast stuffed with a delicious blend of Swiss and American cheeses and a tender slice of cooked ham, lightly coated with golden bread crumbs, then garnished with shredded cheddar cheese. This delicious stuffed chicken breast is then placed atop our new au gratin potato casserole made from thin sliced potatoes, mashed potatoes, diced onion, sour cream with a rich, creamy cheddar sauce, baked to a golden brown. We have added a piece of thick Texas garlic toast, tender peas and pearl onions as the perfect accompaniment for this returning classic entrée. Please remove garlic toast before heating.
