18 Slow Roasted Pork Loin with Potato Dumplings
We slow roast whole pork loin roasts to the perfect internal temperature for tender, juicy goodness. We then add our new creation, a special new side dish, adding potato gnocchi into our signature creamy alfredo basil sauce. Gnocchi is Italian for dumplings, this nugget shaped little pillow is little pieces of dough made with enriched wheat flour and potatoes. Our Italian vegetable blend complete this wonderful new entrée. PLEASE DO NOT OVERHEAT, MIGHT MAKE OUR TENDER PIECE OF MEAT TOUGH.
