Another great new vegetarian entrée we are really excited about. We layer our southwestern vegetable blend with a wonderful combination of black beans, pinto beans, diced green chilies, diced red & green peppers, diced onions, special seasonings and a hearty portion of shredded cheddar cheese, placed on top are two corn tortillas. Please remove tortillas before heating.
