Core Values are principles and beliefs by which we live and structure our lives. Our list supports our vision, shapes our culture, and helps us in our decision-making processes. The awards presented honor employees that specifically exemplify each value. This year we expanded the awards by three areas, and each department voted on a Shining Star. Including Employee of the year, 32 individuals received awards for 2020.
