Wow, what an amazing year for Homestyle Direct! Unusual might be a better word to describe it but exciting, nonetheless. Like most businesses across the nation, we face many challenges and obstacles to continue to provide the quality products and services that we expect from ourselves for our partners and members.
We have experienced a shortage of available workers in all departments here at HSD, we have supply chain & constant delivery issues, but our amazing staff works tirelessly throughout the whole year, serving our over 11,000 members, behind the scenes diligently to overcome these unprecedented times. That is not to say there weren’t some glitches along the way, thanks for being so patient and understanding.
We are encouraged, excited, and optimistic for the upcoming year. We are moving into our brand-new office building, expanding our freezer warehouse, working on getting our production facility rated to a higher level on food safety, expanded our business development team to strategic locations all to serve our partners and members better.
Our mission is and remains the focus and priority in all we do.
It is our desire to provide healthy well-balanced meals,
fully cooked and fast-frozen,
delivered in a prompt and courteous manner.
