During our high temperatures, be sure to be cool and keep hydrated! Here are some tips for getting enough liquids:
- Drink one glass with each meal and one glass in between meals.
- Keep fluids nearby throughout the day.
- Limit caffeine or alcohol as these will dehydrate your body.
- Add fresh or frozen fruits and herbs to flavor your water.
- Eat juicy fruits and veggies like melons and cucumbers.
