During our high temperatures, be sure to be cool and keep hydrated! Here are some tips for getting enough liquids:

  • Drink one glass with each meal and one glass in between meals.
  • Keep fluids nearby throughout the day.
  • Limit caffeine or alcohol as these will dehydrate your body.
  • Add fresh or frozen fruits and herbs to flavor your water.
  • Eat juicy fruits and veggies like melons and cucumbers.
