Fruit Pizza with Oatmeal Crust
2 Cup rolled oats 1 ½ Cup Homestyle Direct Breakfast Power Cereal
1 ½ Cup brown sugar 1 Cup flour
16 oz softened butter 1 tsp salt
16 oz container cream cheese frosting of your choice
3 oz vanilla yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Prep your 9×13 baking pan by greasing lightly.
Mix oats, power cereal, brown sugar, flour, butter, and salt.
Pour mixture into baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges look crispy.
While crust is baking, mix frosting, yogurt, and vanilla extract together and set aside.
Use your choice of fruit and prep by slicing. We used strawberries, kiwi, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
When crust is cooled frost pizza and top with fruit. Enjoy!
