A re-creation of an old family recipe and a new staff favorite, this entrée contains a sauce version of the ever popular creamy spinach and artichoke dip made from heavy cream, canned artichoke pieces, slow roasted red tomatoes and parmesan cheese to add a delightful kick to an already great sauce. We then toss in tri-color cheese tortellini, small pasta sheets filled with a delicate blend of cream and Italian cheeses, adding a hearty portion of tender diced chicken and garnished with parsley.
