-Play.  Don’t spend all your time working.  Make time for yourself doing something you enjoy.
-Socialize.  Take time for friends and family.
-Sleep.  Make sure you are getting 8-9 hours of sleep.
-Counseling.  If you need professional help, don’t be scared to ask for it.
