Your meals will arrive via UPS. Our primary shipping days from our Idaho facility is Monday for all 3-Day Select areas and Tuesday for all ground areas. We include just enough ice bricks to keep your meals refrigerator-cold until they reach you. When your fully cooked home-delivered meals arrive, return them to the freezer.
