Here are a few tips in keeping your breath nice and fresh…

-Brush your teeth twice a day.  (Don’t forget to brush your tongue)
-Floss and mouthwash daily.
-Don’t smoke or use any type of tobacco.
-Avoid sugary foods.  (If you need a snack eat a carrot or an apple)
-Stay away from soda pop.  (Drink lots of water)
-When you can’t avoid having onions on your hamburger….make sure you carry some gum in your pocket.  🙂
-Visit your dentist often.
