A key tip to getting your body healthy and feeling better is to do something physically active every day.  Make time to take a walk, jog or bike ride with a friend daily.  When you get the chance, take the stairs instead of the elevator.  When you are parking your car, don’t wait for a spot up front.  Get on the floor and play with your grandkids.  Get up off the couch, get some fresh air, and enjoy life!!!
