A special blend of ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and spices are layered between tender enriched gluten-free pasta sheets and cut into ravioli shaped pillows, topped with our signature marinara tomato sauce, shredded pizza cheese blend and then garnished with parsley. Sliced summer zucchini squash completes this new gluten- restricted entrée.
