Go for a walk…

Going outside for a walk is a great way to get some fresh air.  The increase of oxygen can give you a natural shot of energy, while increasing your mental alertness.  Moderate exercise such as walking can also act as an antidepressant releasing natural endorphins that work into the bloodstream reducing stress and anxiety.  Walking can help you lose unwanted weight and can help build muscle tone.  When you look good, you feel good.  🙂
