Problem: the Turkey is Still Frozen
You wake up on Thanksgiving morning, probably getting zero shut-eye  the night before from the stress induced by the thought of your entire family joining you for the holiday and having to prepare a feast for everybody, when you open the refrigerator to start baking that delicious bird you find out it is still frozen! You think to yourself its 10am, Dinner is set to be served at 2:00, I have been thawing the turkey for days! What do I do?!

Solution
Give the bird a cold bath. Water is a much better conductor of heat than the air in your refrigerator. So using this method will work much faster. Simply fill a large pot of the empty side of a kitchen sink with cold water and plunge the Turkey breast side down. If your turkey has been thawing in the fridge for a few days it should only take 30 minutes. From frozen allow 1-1.5 hours to completely thaw.
