Another great new vegetarian entrée we are really excited about. We layer a hearty portion of cooked quinoa with a wonderful combination of black beans, pinto beans, diced green chilies, diced red & green peppers, diced onions, diced tomatoes, corn and our special Southwest sauces topping with shredded cheddar cheese, our Fajita blend vegetables complete this wonderful new dish.
