With the holidays ending and a New Year beginning, most people find the massive amounts of diet and exercise information overwhelming! It only seems fitting that January has been deemed, National Staying Healthy Month. To help celebrate this month, we at Homestyle Direct would like to share our monthly meal plans.
We have included a printable version of these plans in the menu section of your website. Listed on the meal plans are three different diets. They are as follows- 1500 calories, 1800 calories and also an active plan for those of you looking to gain weight.
