Today, May 21st, is National Wait Staff Day! All of us have been to restaurants where the waiter or waitress may have been clumsy or made a few mistakes. Today is a day where we remember how hard this job can be and try to reflect on the times that we were treated well. How many times has a server brought you an extra cup of coffee, filled your water, brought you extra bread or even brightened up your day with a good attitude or funny line. Today would be the day to let you favorite server know you appreciate them by saying so, or even better giving them a little extra on their tip! Who knows you may get an extra large serving on your dessert!
