A calzone is an Italian oven-baked folded pizza that originated in Naples in the 18th century. Ours consists of homemade pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese wrapped in a golden-brown whole-grain crust topped with shredded pizza cheese. Bringing in our Capri vegetables to polish off this new Italian entrée. This is a Carb-controlled, Low-fat, Renal, and Sodium-controlled menu option.
