Make sure you wear sunscreen every day.  Dermatologists recommend that you wear at least 30 SPF if you are exposed to the sun daily…even if you are inside catching some rays through a window.

Try to find some shade.  Sunbathing is not a good idea if your skin has matured and sustained a lifetime of damage from the sun.

Wear clothes that will protect your skin from the sun.  Long pant, long sleeve shirt, and a hat are a good way to keep the sun’s UV rays away.

At the end of the day when the sun goes down, make sure to moisturize your skin.  A summer day can dry your skin out before you know it.  Make sure each night to put that moisture back into your skin.
