Who needs meat when you can have this hearty new vegetarian option? We have created a delicious, super rich vegetarian chili using vegetable stock, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, diced red and green peppers, sweet corn, diced onions adding the perfect blend of chili powder and spices for just the right kick. We heap this vegetarian chili creation on top of a whole baked potato, and then add a large portion of shredded cheddar cheese. By adding a piece of our sweet cornbread and our Carpi vegetable blend we think this will be a new favorite!
