It’s easy to forget and take advantage of the world we live in. Why would we keep a candy wrapper or piece of trash in our car when it can be thrown out the window? Out of sight out of mind… right??!! WRONG! That thing you are littering can cause all types of problems for the world we live in. So the next time you decide to do something that effect the environment in a bad way, stop and think about all the people and things you are harming.
Today is World Environment Day and what a great time to stop and learn how you can help the world we live in. There are simple actions and much more involved ways to preserve the environment we live in. The United Nations Environment Programme, www.unep.org , has many suggestions and ways to help. Help in creating a better place for those living in this world today!
