These little gems are a tasty mixture of wild Alaskan Cod with fire-roasted cauliflower, red bell peppers, onions and leeks they are then coated with a delicate biscuit breading and baked, we then top them with our roasted red pepper pesto for just the right balance and kick of flavors. We have included our jalapeno cheddar cheese red skinned mashed potatoes and our Scandinavian vegetable blend.
