Each tilapia used is raised in the pristine environment of deep-water lakes and produced under the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) and never treated with chemicals and with careful selection of each fish delivers a clean, consistent flavor every time. Each filet is lightly crusted with a mixture of rice flour, potato granules and shredded potatoes and evenly browned. To create another gluten-restricted entrée we add our par-boiled steamed white rice and our new bean blend vegetables.
