Reheating Instructions…

Proper Storage and Thawing Methods
We take great care in assuring that your meals arrive at your home frozen.  This not only maintains the quality and freshness of the meals but also guarantees your safety.  Please remember for your safety, never thaw the meals by placing them out of refrigeration for any amount of time.

To Thaw:
1.  Take the entrée of your chice from the freezer.
2. Place in refrigerator the day before needed.
3. Meals may take up to 24 hours to thaw under refrigeration.

2. Peel back one corner of the seal to allow ventilation.
3. Place the completely thawed meal in your microwave.
4. Heat at the lowest setting on your microwave for one minute intervals until heated through.
5. Arrange on a plate and enjoy.

Please remember that all entrées are completely cooked, you are just heating them enough to eat.  Over cooking will make the entrées tough and dry them out.  Everyone’s microwave may cook differently; it may take some trial and error to find the best way to cook each entrée in YOUR home.
It is very important to follow these safety instructions to assure the quality and freshness of the meals are maintained.  Caution, will be hot.
