The FedEx Delivery Manager app assists you with multiple functions. You can track your package, receive alerts for delays, add delivery instructions, and sign for your meals if you aren’t home to receive your shipment.
In addition to the FedEx app, Medicaid Members may refer to the Homestyle Direct shipping calendar to view the week of shipment. It is not uncommon for meals to arrive around the expected day of delivery.
